Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted once confirmed by our team. Prices are quoted in Jamaican Dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are agreed at the time of order.
Delivery timelines and fees are estimated based on your parish and product type. We aim to meet quoted timelines but delays may occur due to weather, supplier lead times or logistics. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery or pickup.
Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. Please see product-specific warranty documentation and our Warranty Registration page. Rural Roots stands behind its workmanship on installations we perform.

Special orders may require a deposit. Deposits on special orders are non-refundable once the order has been placed with the supplier.
All bookings are subject to availability, approval, rental terms and the required deposit. Full rental terms are provided at time of booking.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rural Roots is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services beyond the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
