How do I place an order?
You can order via WhatsApp, phone, email, or by tapping "Add to Cart" on any product. For solar packages, we recommend starting with a Solar Assessment.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, bank transfer, and Reserve-Now-Pay-Later on qualifying orders. Card payment options are being expanded.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — Reserve-Now-Pay-Later is available on qualifying orders. For larger purchases like solar systems, we can guide you through financing options.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, we can arrange instalments on select products and packages. Speak with our team for details.
Delivery
Do you deliver across Jamaica?
Yes. We deliver island-wide. Delivery fees may apply based on your parish and order size — see our Delivery Info page.
How long does delivery take?
Most stocked items ship within 1–3 business days. Larger items (solar systems, ACs) and special orders may take longer. We'll confirm your estimated delivery date after order placement.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes — pickup is available from our Newell, St. Elizabeth headquarters. Please arrange a time in advance.

How do I know what solar package I need?
Fill out our Solar Assessment form — we'll design a recommendation based on your usage, roof and budget.
Do you install solar systems?
Yes — professional installation is included in all Solar packages. Our installers are trained on the equipment we supply.
What warranty do solar systems come with?
Solar panels typically carry 10–25 year manufacturer warranties; inverters and batteries have their own warranty terms. We walk you through the specifics before purchase.
What's the difference between Shield and Platinum Care Plans?
Shield covers annual maintenance and priority support. Platinum adds hurricane season panel removal and reinstallation. See our Care Plans.
Irrigation
Is the free connector kit really free?
Yes — every 12mm or 16mm drip hose roll purchase includes a complimentary connector kit.
Do you visit farms?
Yes — our Farm Relations Officer visits farms across Jamaica to measure land, plan irrigation systems and quote your project. Request a visit.
Air Conditioning
Which BTU size do I need?
Room size is the biggest factor. 12,000 BTU covers ~150–250 sq ft; 24,000 BTU covers ~400–550 sq ft. Sun exposure, insulation and ceiling height also matter. Use our AC Recommendation form.
Do you install AC units?
Yes — standard install includes mounting, standard piping, electrical connection and testing. Extra install services (extended piping, high-elevation work) are quoted separately.

How do I register my warranty?
Register any product warranty using our Warranty Registration form. You'll get a reference number for future support requests.
