Delivery fees are calculated based on parish, order size and product weight. We'll confirm your delivery fee at time of order.
You can pick up your order from our Newell warehouse — please arrange a time in advance so we have it ready.
Pickup hours:
Mon–Fri: 8 AM – 5 PM
Sat: 9 AM – 3 PM
We deliver to all 14 parishes across Jamaica. Larger items (solar systems, AC units) may require additional coordination for installation-included deliveries.
Farms in remote areas: our Farm Relations Officer can arrange direct-to-farm delivery for irrigation supplies. Book an FRO visit.
You'll receive a call or WhatsApp message before your delivery arrives. Please have someone available to receive and sign for the order.
For large or fragile items, we recommend inspecting the goods on arrival before signing.
If no one is available at the delivery address, we'll try to reschedule. Additional delivery attempts may incur an extra fee.
